A Letter from the Founder

 When I started FlyLoVve, I wasn't trying to start a
clothing brand. I was trying to figure out how to wear what I already felt.

I grew up between the best worlds. Between a Caribbean
kitchen and an American radio. Between a De La verse on a Saturday night and a hymn
on Sunday morning. Between my grandmother's accent and my own. But I couldn't
find a shirt that said so.

The brands selling "Black culture" felt like
they were renting it, selling faith like cultural snake oil, selling nostalgia like
someone else's idea of my reality.

So I started drawing. A boombox. A cassette tape. A
crown. A scripture. A map of an island most people couldn't find. Pieces of a
life I knew, told the way I knew them. I called it FlyLoVve because that's what
every one of these designs is — a love letter, mailed back to my people.

I want you to know three things about us:

1.     
Every design has a story.
If you tap a product and want the story behind it, just let me know. I'll send
it to you. Because the story is the design; the shirt just carries it.

2.     
This is independent.
There's no factory in another country churning these out by the thousands.
There's me, my designs, my collaborators, and a small team that prints, packs,
and ships from the U.S.

3.     
When you wear FlyLoVve,
you're putting your name on the love letter.
